New from PA

Unread postby Bdoyle70 » Tue Feb 17, 2015 6:29 pm

My name is Bryan Doyle, I grew up in the great state of PA. I currently live near State College aka trout central on the east coast. I spend countless days fly fishing here in PA on some of my favorite rivers, Penns, Spring, BFC and the little Juniata river. I've also been fortunate enough to travel a lot of the country fishing some of the famous rivers out west to the southern tail waters for monster brown trout. I started guiding about 2 years ago on the rivers I grew up fishing and enjoy sharing my passion with others. My fly fishing roots date back about 15 years and at the age of 23 I've been extremely lucky to have the opportunity to further my career in the industry. My real passion for the sport turned into the hunt for huge wild browns near and far from home. I've turned my ways from fishing small nymphs and dries to large articulated streamer patterns that big browns love to attack. I do some writing for my long time friend on his blog at http://www.fishingflow.wordpress.com and will be selling streamers on a new site http://www.competitiveangler.com. I share my photography work on my facebook page and events I will be speaking at or tying for. Look forward to sharing info on here and some of my favorite stories.

-Bryan
