NEW MEMBER!!! Quick Draw Mount

Unread postby Quick Draw Mount » Tue Jun 09, 2015 5:54 pm

Hello The Outdoorsmen Voice,

We are bow hunting fanatics from Ohio that enjoy a picture of a big buck just as much as we do hanging one on the wall. I am an engineer by proffesion and really like the hunting and technology combination. We have a small business named "Quick Draw Mount" and have been supplying hundreds of trail camera mounts to people all over the U.S. for a few years. The camera mount provides complete mounting flexibility and adjustment. Best part of it, you can say no to the camera strap. I am anxious to be an active member sharing some of our personal trail camera pics.

Welcome to the voice.

Nice looking mounts, when not using black flash I like to hang hi and point down
Question for you, what kind of python or security could you use with it, here in the NE things have tendency to walk.

I've had a few customers use a cable with the mount but don't really recommend it because it could limit flexibility of the mount. I used to have several cameras stolen from me. Even with cables. The camera strap wraps all the way around the tree and is very visible to humans. After we started using our design, we would carry a small step latter on the atv and put the mount around 10 ft in the air and haven't had one stolen yet for three years (knock on wood). The people can't see the camera to steal it, and if they do, there too lazy to figure out a way to get it.

Here's one of ours from a few years back

Wish I could get a few more bucks like that this year. Things have been down for me this year on camera. Never know what the rut could bring though.
