July 6th report

Unread postby jettydog » Fri Jul 07, 2017 12:19 pm

Fished aboard the Atlantic Star out of Atlantic Highlands yesterday.
Went out on a four hour trip in the afternoon. The fishing was slow
but the rain held out for us anyway. I landed four fluke around 16
inches so no keepers also got one big dogfish and a Sea Robbin.
Not the best day but it was quality father son time.
Sadly my son got skunked but he'll get em next time.

That's all that counts.
My biggest fear is that when I die my wife will sell my guns and fishing rods for what I told her I paid for them.
